The Asian Athletics Association (AAA) is the governing body of athletics in Asia and one of the area associations of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF), which governs the sports globally. The IAAF has asked each area association to develop a 4-year Continental Athletics Strategic Plan that takes into account the member federations' needs and considers all the development axes of Athletics (facilities, events, competencies - coaching, social, educational, marketing and administrative dimensions, etc.). The AAA appointed TSE Consulting to assist them in developing this new four year strategy.
The International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (FILA) wished to develop a strategic plan for the sport of wrestling worldwide. Widespread belief throughout the wrestling community confirms that various changes can be made to FILA and the sport to improve itself. FILA leadership believes that putting a long term strategic plan in place will ensure that a common framework is created within which the sport, represented by the national governing bodies around the world, can work together towards common goals for the future.
The International University Sports Federation (FISU), the governing body responsible for the Summer and Winter Universiades as well as the World University Championships, has engaged TSE Consulting to review their current bidding structure and process in order to increase the interest of bidding cities.
The International Association of Athletic Federations, the governing body of world athletics, decided to conduct a major Strategic Review of the sport to ensure its development and continued growth through to the centenary of the IAAF in 2012 and beyond. They engaged TSE Consulting to undertake this project together with them and has been their trusted advisor for over 10 years.
As part of UEFA's "Hattrick programme", an extensive education programme was launched which aimed at providing management seminars and workshops to all its 52 member associations. TSE was asked to advise on both the content and format of these seminars and workshops which were to take place at both at UEFA's headquarters and on location at selected associations.
The Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA) wanted to develop an organisational profile that provided potential partners and media with a first introduction to the federation. It was important that the document communicated important aspects of the organisation that made it an attractive partner, such as the global reach of aquatics, professionalism and strong organisational leadership and management.
